Some of the resorts also offer surrey bike and boat rentals. #6 MagicBands – While MagicBands are available for anyone to purchase, Disney resort guests have extra perks to make their stay easy and convenient. Resort guests can swipe their MagicBand to unlock your hotel room door, enter Disney parks, use as payment at shops and restaurants and easy access to pre-arranged Lightning Lane attraction selections. As a resort guest, you also have the opportunity to purchase your MagicBand pre-arrival at a reduced rate. #5 Disney Transportation – No need to worry about car rentals or parking fees. Once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort, there is complementary transportation to get you where your want to go. Sit back and enjoy the ride on one of Disney’s Buses, boats, Monorails, or the new Disney skyliner. #4 Be the First to Select Lightning Lane Attractions – With the new Genie+ add-on feature within the My Disney Experience app, you’ll be able to make individual Lightning Lane attraction purchases beginning at 7 a.m. non-resort guests cannot purchase their selections until the park opens for the day. #3 Be the First to Make Dining Reservations – Dining reservations open 60 days in advance for everyone. But, if you are staying at a Walt Disney World hotel, you can make dining reservations for your entire length of stay 60 days before you check-in. Those extra days can make a big difference when trying to book character dining or popular restaurants! #2 Extra Magic Hours – Guests staying on-property have early access to all four of the parks each day. Arrive 30 minutes prior to park opening at each of the parks and be first in line for the most popular attractions with Early Morning Magic. And, if you stay at a deluxe resort, you’ll be able to take advantage of Extended Evening Hours. Deluxe resort guest can enjoy two extra hours of fun on select evenings at select parks.  #1 Stay in the Middle of the Magic – My favorite reason for staying on-property at the Walt Disney World Resort is being immersed right in the middle of all the magic. You can go on an African safari, orbit into space, travel to Neverland and take an afternoon break at the pool without leaving the resort! You can leave the real world behind for a while and truly enjoy the Disney experience.
