Shorter Wait Times at Magic Kingdom – Magic Kingdom has the most attractions. So, they have been able to keep the wait times lower than the other parks. While Saturdays are busier everywhere, Magic Kingdom is a good option on Fridays and Sundays when more locals tend to be at the other parks. Longer Wait Times at Hollywood Studios. Hollywood Studios has been having the longest wait times since the parks reopening. Because of this, I would avoid this park on the weekends if possible. The crowds also tend to get lighter later in the afternoon. So, if you are staying close by, get there early, then head back to your resort for lunch or a pool break and head back to the Studios later in the day. Rise of the Resistance. In an effort to spread out the crowds first thing in the morning at Hollywood Studios, Disney will be changing the morning queue distribution time to 7:00 am beginning November 1st. Guests with park reservations that day will be able to access the queue from their hotel or nearby location. (You will still need to be in the park to access the 2:00 pm distribution time). The My Disney Experience app now has a virtual walk-up list you can join. You can also try checking for reservations throughout the day. Sometimes additional reservation pop up even a few hours beforehand. Taking a Break – All of the parks have multiple mask-free Relaxation Stations where you can take a break and take off your mask for a while. Check the park maps at each park to see where the stations are located during your trip. Go with the Flow – Disney is a little different right now. But it can still be magical. Avoid comparing it to your last trip and take the time to enjoy attractions you never have before and appreciate the “pop-up” character cavalcades and pixie dust that Disney has recently added.
