Golfing at Walt Disney World

​Did you know there are FOUR golf courses on property?  Walt Disney World features three 18-hole golf courses, all of which have participated in hosting the PGA Tour.  In addition, there is a 9-hole, par 36, walking course.

​Disney’s Magnolia Golf Course was named for its beautiful magnolia trees and features elevated trees, spacious greens, and challenging water hazards.  Designed in classic Tour style, this 18-hole championship course is the longest of the Walt Disney World Resort golf courses and is certified by Audubon International as a Cooperative Wildlife Sanctuary.  Disney’s Magnolia Golf Course is a paradise for serious golfers, as well as a thrilling challenge for players at all levels.

Disney’s Palm Golf Course was completely redesigned by Arnold Palmer Design Company in 2013.  The extensive work included building entirely new green complexes, newly shaped tees, and a completely new bunker design that has modernized this historic golf course.  This 18-hole championship course features shimmering lakes, tropical sands, palm trees and sloping greens. Disney’s Palm Golf Course includes 9 holes with water hazards and 59 bunkers, providing plenty of challenges for novices and seasoned pros alike.

Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course is a classic country-club style course that winds through the villas near Old Key West Resort, pine forests, palmettos, and sparkling lakes.  This golf course has hosted the PGA Tour, the LPGA Tour and USGA events and is certified by Audubon International as a Cooperative Wildlife Sanctuary.  The 18-hole course was conceived by Joe Lee and most notably features elevated bunkered greens that put a premium on accurate approach shots.
 
Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course is a family-friendly 9-hole course with rolling greens and exciting challenges. Certified by Audubon International as a Cooperative Wildlife Sanctuary.  This walking course lets you test your skills with holes ranging from 132 to 517 yards from the white tees; holes 5, 6 and 7 are routed around a deep canal and a picturesque pond.
